A woman of many strengths and attributes, our CEO Stacy Mayo-Martinez, is a connector at heart. She never forgets a face and can likely remember the three degrees of separation that brought that individual into her orbit to start with. Those connections combined with a diverse professional career path led Stacy to co-found MMMG in 2020—and the relationships have only gotten stronger.
Stacy’s connections are vast while she pursues many areas of interest. She leveraged her network to build a dynamic team of professional marketers, communicators, photographers and videographers who comprise the MMMG team. She loves to help others get connected, especially when it comes to agriculture. And she leans into maintaining a strong network with fellow women entrepreneurs as she continually gives back to that community, loves to introduce those who should meet and shares what she’s learned in the process.
Her agricultural roots run deep, and Stacy has never stopped talking. So, storytelling to support the ag industry was a natural fit for a career path. This route was initially forged as Stacy grew up on a diversified farm. While she loved working with 4-H livestock, she always seem to find her way on top of the stack of freshly bailed alfalfa when it came time ot get it tarped.
She jokes that her only talent for a beauty pageant would be interviewing the other candidates. But hey, it turned into a part of her career. She initially channeled those skills into a role at a full-service marketing agency moving to the big city out of college. She started in public relations but enjoyed being a sponge, learning from media, account and creative industry experts. Staying in one segment wasn’t her style, so she has also had roles in state government and association/non-profit organization.
Her strongest desire is to do good work with good people, which led Stacy and her husband, Ray, to bring MMMG to life, building on their combined decades of experience in marketing, photography, videography and events. Those connections continue to be a central theme of her many pursuits, combined with a diversified business model Stacy and Ray bring to the company.

Because Stacy surrounds herself with others who also don’t like being bored, she and the team love the challenge of developing unique and compelling strategies for each client. There are no cookie-cutter approaches, and the MMMG team is always thinking around every corner to ensure your event, campaign or strategy is delivered seamlessly.
Stacy is passionate about supporting professionals who bring diverse perspectives and approaches to their work using a combined employee and flexible contractor model. The team they have assembled is able to flex and grow as needed to meet client needs. She and Ray are proud to be able to support working parents, farmers and ranchers, and college interns using a model that works with their team members’ lifestyles while meeting clients’ needs.
In the spring of 2026, Stacy launched the MMMG Rentals side of the business to serve the local Manhattan, KS community. Along with two other business owners in town, she saw a need for providing high-quality, modern event furniture, linens, signage support and more. She channels her creativity in helping clients design the perfect event look.
While she’s committed to working hard for clients, Stacy manages to squeeze some fun in between the work. She loves road-tripping with everyone’s favorite bird photographer (@birdsofray). She has purple in her wardrobe for every occasion, gratitude for a blooming flowerbed and loves to try new recipes. She rarely runs out of creative notions, and her friends know they’re likely to get recruited to support a wild idea on a regular basis.
Stacy is proud of what she and Ray have built at MMMG, but even prouder of the great work they’ve delivered for clients. Seeing their clients succeed and flourish drives them and their team daily.
